This summit emphasized the importance of global partnerships and the 3SI’s role in global supply chains. Comprehensive support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and reconstruction efforts remained a priority, reflecting the ongoing geopolitical context. The summit also focused on enhancing cyber resilience and developing dual-use infrastructure for civilian and military mobility. Additionally, there was a strong emphasis on the 3SI’s potential for fostering broader international cooperation and connectivity.
Key decisions and effects of the summit:
- Japan became a strategic partner;
- Signing a letter of intent regarding the establishment of the second Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund;
- Announcement of the creation of the 3SI Innovation Fund in cooperation with the European Investment Fund;
- Launching the International Transport Forum for Ukraine;
- One of the accompanying events was the first scientific conference organized by the Three Seas Initiative Research Center at the ISP PAN in cooperation with the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences and the University of Lodz;
