Summary: Via Carpathia is a major transport corridor designed to enhance economic and territorial cohesion by linking the Baltic, Black, Aegean, and Adriatic Seas. It involves Poland, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia, with Turkey and Ukraine as partners.
