The fifth edition of the Three Seas Local Government Congress will be held in Lublin on 12-13 March 2025 – an annual event that, since 2021, has brought together representatives of government and local government administration, science, and business from the Three Seas Initiative countries.
The 5th edition of the Congress will discuss regional integration, infrastructure investments, energy security, cybersecurity, and digital transformation issues.

We especially invite you to the panel entitled “The European Commission and the European Parliament towards the Three Seas Initiative” one of the speakers of which will be Prof. Agnieszka Orzelska-Stączek. The panel will be held during the Opening Session on the first day of the Congress.
