A seminar entitled “Navigating the Diplomacy of the Seas: Cooperation, Sovereignty and Security Across European Seas” was held in Dubrovnik as part of the annual series of seminars on European integration processes. This year’s main theme focused on regional cooperation, with particular emphasis on the Three Seas Initiative, currently chaired by Croatia.
Prof. Agnieszka Orzelska-Stączek from the Institute of Political Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences (ISP PAN) delivered a guest lecture titled Regional Cooperation in Central Europe in the Evolving Security Order: The Polish Perspective.
