Summit in Dubrovnik

The Dubrovnik Summit marked the establishment of the 3SI as an informal platform for cooperation among Central and Eastern European countries. This initial declaration emphasized connecting these economies and infrastructures from North to South to complete the European market. Key focus areas included enhancing cooperation in energy, transportation, digital communication, and economic sectors to strengthen regional security and competitiveness. The declaration also highlighted the Initiative’s openness to global partnerships with state or business actors, committed to EU values and principles, setting the stage for future high-level meetings. Based on the Dubrovnik Declaration 2016, the next high-level meeting of the Three Seas Initiative was planned to be held in Wrocław, Poland, in June 2017.
