On September 14, a conference entitled “Poland. The Strength of the Three Seas Initiative in the G20” was held at the Presidential Palace, organized by President of the Republic of Poland Karol Nawrocki. The event was addressed to representatives of the business community and diplomats from the Three Seas Initiative states.
In his speech, President Karol Nawrocki emphasised the role of the Three Seas Initiative in the context of the upcoming G20 Summit in Miami. Poland will be the only Three Seas Initiative country participating in the summit.
President Nawrocki stated: “For the first time in the history of the Third Polish Republic, the President of the Republic of Poland will participate in a meeting of the G20. So this is not a new experience only for me, but also for the entire Presidential Office and for Poland as a whole. This is precisely why we are meeting today. I want the voice of the entire Three Seas region to be heard at the G20 Summit in Miami in December.” The President also announced that Polish business representatives would accompany him as part of the Presidential Business Board (Prezydencki Pokład Biznesui) initiative.
