Piotr Bajda
Dr. Piotr Bajda, Prof. UKSW
Political scientist, specialising in international relations and Central Europe affairs, since 2007 lecturer at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw, from 2006 to 2013 researcher at the Institute of Political Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences. Between 2000 and 2004 he was deputy director of the Polish Institute in Bratislava; from 2005 to 2009 he worked at the Centre for Eastern Studies, from 2013 to 2016 he was the International Visegrad Fund representative for Poland. He is the author of, for instance, the books “Political Elites in Slovakia. The winding road to a modern state” (2010) and “Small state on the international arena. Foreign Policy of the Slovak Republic 1993-2016” (2018) and “Report of the Polish Presidency of the Visegrad Group July 2012-June 2013” (2013), co-author (with Radosław Zenderowski) of the book “Ethnic Politics of Slovakia” (2016) and other texts in collective works.
